When do I get paid?
Funds are transferred to your Stripe account after the buyer confirms delivery (or after 24 hours if they don't respond). There's a 7-day hold for new accounts.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — Stripe is required to receive payouts. You can list your server first and connect Stripe before your listing goes live.
What if a buyer disputes an order?
Our admin team reviews all disputes. If you delivered the ad as agreed, you'll be protected. We require buyers to agree to content standards before purchasing.
Can I set a minimum time between orders?
Yes — you can set a cooldown period (1 hour to 1 week) so your community isn't pinged too frequently.
